From surveying on the construction site up to design using the most sophisticated software working according to CAD-CAM logic and 3D logic, the activity of our technical office consists in preparing and assembling "box" from which comes out a custom-made structural work. Each creation is conceived, studied and prepared by means of a synergic work between our technicians and customers, so to reduce as much as possible all uncertainties about the final result and maximizing the customer’s satisfaction.

Baisotti Legnami’s technical office designs structures following all the existing rules, including the most recent ones even if not yet completely compulsory and is able to issue any certificate or note of calculation.

Reference is made to the existing Italian legislation, specially to D.M. of 09/01/96 (Technical rules for calculation, execution and testing of concrete structures) and to D.M. of 16/01/96 (Technical rules concerning general criteria for security screening of the structures and of loads and overloads), as well as the most recent "Technical rules for construction" concerning D.M. of 14/09/05

About the calculation of structural wood, reference is made to the consolidated rules DIN1052 operating in a logic of admissible tensions, but also to the Eurocode 5, more extensive at European level, operating in a logic of limit stages, allowing seismic analysis in compliance with O.P.C.M. 20/03/03 3274 "Fist Elements regarding general criteria for seismic classification" and following integrations and modifications. Finally, is also applied the rule UNI (9504 and ENI 1995-1-2) for the calculation of the structures fire resistance.
